team news and vale today

all the squad trianed today ,dj was there with his knee bandaged i ask how it was he said hes ok ,heaton looked sharp ,kev said he ok no after effects from last nights presentation, quinny ok and usual boystrous self, kienen and hudson will start with kev and quinny ,whits was tackling quite well and saw a lot of the ball as did koumas, midfield/wingers to start monday will be burke oli mcphail whits, with bothroyd up front with bellamy ,the later was superb in training looked so sharp and his pace is back ,he never stopped running and cojoling (and a few moans )you can visibly see what it means to him ,the bench will be brown ,chopra ,parkin, jet, koumas, blake and 1 of mathews or gypes.jls can think himself unlucky to be ommitted ,i base this info on starting eleven/bench on what i saw at the vale today ,although jls was trianing he took no part in the final match type sesion, in fact he left trianing early ,the only other player who could make the squad would be rae ,but in my oppinion he wont .finally i would like to thank dave jones and all the squad who signed my 4 year old grandsons shirt ,and took time to say hello to him, in fact there was quite a few other kids there, and they all got the autographs they requested ,good on you all ,and best of luck(i dont think we will need luck)in our remaining 2 games ,come on 2 wins and the bluebirds are going up ,hope this was a useful read

just stay off the pitch when they actually training ,but get there b4 them and they will sign on the way to the training pitch or when trianing finished

JLS has been doing extra work in the gym recently. Keenan was taking him through a workout on Friday, Keenans in there regularly doing gym work and is future captain material in my opinion.

I think Keinan is a real blessing for this club he works like hell ,and if you notice in the next game after all the other go off, he stays on to do heading work out, hes a top guy

as i said hudson should start mcnoughton at fullback i think if dj had pickrd them we would have been better down the problem side where the 3 goals were conceded (at least this post was posted before the game not after it)
