Do we need them?
Quite frankly no. What do they contribute to this country? f**k all. Oh sorry some tourists from america etc come over to stand outside the gates of Buckingham Palace for bout 10mins taking photos. Which yes generates some more cash which goes straight to the politicians pockets ugh.....i mean the economy. The wedding made £2billion to the economy which is f*cking brill (Harry when ever you're ready fella we could do with a couple more billion
) which i sincerely hope it goes to good use (it wont....sigh).
So yes it has some upsides like the profit....but surely we spend alot of money on them annually anyway? And yes William is in the RAF, but so are others. On BBC News Wales they talked to a republican group and the guy (republican) said "im not a subject, im a citizen, I wish them well but they are not my royals". I agree with him.
I may get slated but I dont care. some people may say "god save the queen" but whos god? and why the queen? what bout all those terminally ill? or the africans in poverty?
So for me...no...we dont need an anarchy, these lieing politicians havent ruined the country yet and unfortunately they are in charge and the power. the economy seems to be making a very slow recovery.
