Is it worth £10 on QPR not winning the league?

Lets say they are given a points deduction but it's after QPR have be crowned Champions, will the bookies still pay out?

My mate had £20 on Dundee for the Scottish First Division. He approached Paddypower last week to find out where he stood, as with their 25 points being added back on(obviously they won't be) they would be top. Paddypower took 3 days to get back to him insisting they would only pay out on the final result and deduction counted in the final result.

Ladbrokes & PP wouldn't take any bets on Championship title, or even promotion when I checked earlier. Unless I missed something on either site.
