With all due respect how would I possibly know what the punishment would be?
I'm not a legal person, I'm not privy to the files on the case
I'm not in personal contact with someone sitting at the hearing.
In my OPINION & from what I've been told by close friends whom I trust is that we can answer every charge & that no deliberate intent was made to deceive. Whichever way the panel view this error is what will determine the punishment be it harsh or not.
I'm not possibly in a position to answer that as you probably well know.

In all fairness that is a bit of a silly question - as only the IRC will be able to determine if QPR are guilty of any of the 7 charges brought upon them and only they will issue the sanctions against the club.
I have read the FA rules and regs. again and can only see any note of an appeal process span of 4 days - appeal to be in by 12 noon on the fourth day after the IRC's final decision. the FA/IRC will then have 2 full days to respond with their appeal outcome,(there are clauses on appealing against an IRC ruling though - usually their decision is final) thus leaving enough time for the PLAYOFF's to continue as normal from the date the FA has set in stone! (apparently they will NOT budge on playoff's and they will go ahead as normal!)

As Merlin said its a silly question.
Say what you like about this that the other it doesn't interest me. All that does interest me is that we sit top of the league.
And it feeeeels good

I still don't think you'll be there much longer.
Yes - I may be wrong, but I can't see how QPR can escape this one sorry pal.
I really want us to finish 2nd (for more than 1 reason!) and QPR to win the league and we go up together, but I just feel there's no way for QPR to get away with it. Play-Off's (which you will win anyway!) if you're lucky!

Stan I hate to say it but two league clubs were docked 10 points and 3 points respectively for just failing to register a player in time, the FA said that although it was a mistake they still docked them the points

Colin Wanker will know these rules inside out from the season he spent hounding West Ham, the fact he's gone to a QC seeking advice shows he's very nervous

Troobloo it is a silly question because how do you expect someone to answer a question when they know nothing about it?
I don't know what QPR are actually supposed to have done wrong with regards to this paperwork. If I knew the ins & outs of it yea maybe I could give you my view but I don't so I can't.
If it turns out we've blatantly tried to bullshit the fa with false paperwork we deserve all we get but I've been told that's not the case & it was merely a mix up, hence why we've gone not guilty.
Our owners are some of the richest most successful on the planet they are not daft do you think we'd go through a hearing if we were bang to rights?
I'd say no.
