QPR in a nutshell

Can anyone explain (in a nutshell) what QPR have allegedly done wrong ? Not wanting to gloat, just dont understand.

Played a player who was not owned by them and owned by a 3rd Party (Same thing as with Tevez) So he was not officailly owned by QPR and should not have played

also the deal for this player was negotiated with an agent not recognised by the FA or FL!!

New rules on 3rd party ownership came into force on 04 July 2009. The player appears to have been signed 2-3 days after this.

Also they tried to cover up thier wrong doings (fraud)
