in qpr position with the threat of points deduction or in 3rd hoping we win and norwich to slip up.

QPR's position because they won't be docked points. The Football League aren't brave enough and surely if they punish QPR for signing Faurlin, then they have to punish themselvs for ratifying the transfer?

Surely it depends if they ratified the transfer in good faith or not?
if QPR submitted false paperwork, then I can't see that it would be a problem either way, as they have deducted many clubs points for varying infringements in the past!
Personally, I would prefer to go up on merit and not because QPR get deducted points, but as I stand to win £1,000 if we win the league, I hope that if we finish second, they hammer the Cheating B**tards (sorry Stan)!
