I'd swap him for Hudson if it was down to me! :) :ayatollah:

The way Hudson has been this season, he would shit on Gerrard. Gerrard was alright but if we want to push for the Premiership we need better. I think some people's judgments of him were clouded by the fact he gave 100% and shouted a lot. I think now he'd be fourth choice centre back behind Hudson, Keinan and McNaughton.

I reckon a permanent swap with Oli would be a good deal.

I know this is all about opinions, but Oli is exactly what we needed in the middle of the park this season, as he's broken up so much attacking play, won loads of balls in the air, both from defensive corners and in midfield and chipped in with a few goals, even if he's then given the ball away cheaply at times afterwards!

IMO, his better capabilities, have far outweighed any of his deficiencies! :ayatollah:

Not bothered if Gerrard comes back or not really.

Swapping with Oli is fine but can we afford his wages on a perm deal? Dont Hull currently pay half his wages?

Fully agree Zabier, People only liked him because he shouted a lot, I thought he was average at best and always would put Hudson inf front of him.We will probably do a deal so he stays at Hull i would imagine. :ayatollah:

Thought Carl said he was on £28,000 per week, with Hull paying half!

whether we get promotion or not, Hull may still want to offload him and keep their wage bill down and may still be prepared, to pay half of next season's wages as well! :D :ayatollah:
