They had me as well, but for £14.00 booking fee, first time i renewed online and thought that when buying my season ticket that my sons would appear as a free ticket (Family Stand) under my fan ID, but no you have to add his fan number at the same time.

so ended up making 2 bookings

I found e-ticketing quite confussing at first, there's not any help buttons anywhere.
