Booking fees !

Just tried renewing my ST online now and they want an extra £3.50 for a " football booking fee " plus another £3.50 for a " season ticket booking fee " and I can either collect it or have it delivered Special Delivery for an extra £5.00 . WTF is going on , have CCFC become another events ticket rip off company !!!!!!!!!! £411 for a £399 ST

i renewed yesterday and i was charged 5 quid per season ticket and 3.50 per card = £35
