Millwall v City photos

Wed Mar 30, 2011 11:43 am

Apparently over 50 photographs are to be released in the Echo/London evening standard this Friday looking for fans who caused trouble at the new Den...not sure if this is true but people are saying they are mostly City fans in the wanted pics.

makes you wonder what sort of campaign is being waged here paul.
I was reading about the incident saturday and the way they marched swansea past the POW.
There were other quieter and discreet ways of getting them back to cardiff central from churchill way so openly looking to cause confrontation in my opinion

steve i was thinking this exact same thing last night. i was up by the great western pub when the jacks came round the corner right by me. surely it would have been alot easier to shuffle them into the back of the station like we do with millwall, leeds etc. that way know one would have known. it wasnt til they got past walk about that people even noticed then the pubs emptied.

Steve, one of my good friends is a music promotor and deals with lots of the high security at events in Cardiff. Most of those jacks had tickets for Gate 3. The police and security both knew this and were prepared to escort and stay with them for the duration of the game. By the time they got to the POW they had pissed off the higher ups so much, that the decision was made to send them home straight away. If(big if)the escort had passed through peacefully, they would have been taken in the ground

Would have thought that a fair few photographs, would be of the Millwall fans, as they were fighting amongst themselves at one point and fronting up to the stewards and Police!

Some of our fans also wrecked the ladies toilet(s) mind and smeared shit up the walls! Don't suppose they'll have cctv footage of them actually carrying out that stupid act, but if they did, whilst I don't agree that they should receive the harsh sentences handed out for the Chelsea match, they'd deserve to receive a banning order at least! :ayatollah:

Nothing really happened at Millwall though did it? Unless it was outside the ground? I know some city were fighting amongst themselves and there was that age old thing of smashing up toilets.. but hardly any mass disorder. Definitely turning into a witch hunt!

Some fighting amongst themselves by coaches, toilets smashed up, coins and bottles thrown, saw a few bits of chairs flying as well. Nothing major but these days they seem to ban people for swearing

If they start banning for coin throwing down there, I don't think that ''dockers'' stand of Millwall's would have any fans left to sit in it.

Haha, I was thinking the same, they were far too obvious! I'm not condoning our lot for doing the same but at least they were a little bit undercover about it.

Re: Millwall v City photos

Who ever did the toilets deserves punishment. Absolute morons that started on me just for asking them not to do it while my girlfriend was in there.

Unfortunately, that's the worst incident on our side, and probably the least likely to be connected to these photos. Gonna be all silly, negligible stuff. Not wanting filth and vandalism ala the ladies

Then they deserve to get caught, I never understand the logic of the dismantle idiot and what sort of moron rubs shit on a wall. They should use them as guinea pigs in a drug testing lab & then jail them.

TBH if fans want to have an off that is fine by me. But vandalism weather it is smashing up the toilets or damaging Cars then that is out of order (well the toilets were) But if someone got done for smashing up say those toilets then they deserve 16 months inside. Its pathetic and most probably these little vermin do that away from football as well costing us Tax payers millions. As for smearing shit !! well they must be retarded anyway!! in my opinion
