Insulating the loft

anyone recently had this done ?....a number of firms offering to do it all in for £199...11inch rockwool plus draft excluders !!

If you have, what did you do with any boarding you had down before or any insulation that was already down ?

Plus...afterwards, can you board on top of the insulation ?

Yes you can put wayrock boards back over but be carefull of pipes and wires as they are hard to see when covered in rockwool

If your with British Gas for Ele or Gas they will do it for free
