Well whats the bloody point in having them if he has to send his side out to play on a b*stard cabbage patch.

I think the state of our pitch will be a major factor regarding our results come the end of the season. I hope it dosen't come back to haunt us. £300.000 for lamps or £90.000.000 for the Premiership? Seems a bit short sighted to me.

Totally agree, we have in the main a passing side who because of our pitch cant play the game....as you say Daya a complete joke!

Depending on how much they are required, the annual running costs of these lighting rigs can be immense - much more than the rigs themselves. My assessment is that they would need to be used extensively to keep the CCS in top condition - not just because of rugby.

Interesting point, but i think the damage has already been done, though i'm no expert. Is it a case of that without the lamps the pitch will only get progressively worse?
