Forest Aftermath - Official Thread?

Sat Feb 19, 2011 4:58 pm

Ok, instead off 100's of aftermath posts, why don't we just discuss on here

We were just clumsy today, passes weren't good enough. Communication was very poor. Lack of heart. Total Rubbish.

Need to sort it out before tuesday. Tough game vs Leicster. Then Hull & Ipswich.

Kepp the Faith Bluebirds! :ayatollah:

FOREST WERE THERE FOR THE TAKING, SAME STORY , NOT GOOD ENOUGH TODAY, BASIC PASSING SHITE. WE NEED TO PERFORM AGAINST LECIESTER TO STAY IN CONTENTION. DIDNT EXPECT TO WIN BUT WHEN WE DONT FINISH TEAMS OFF AT HOME IT PUTS MORE PRESSURE ON US. MISSED RAMSEY AND CHOPS PACE. :ayatollah:

I think if we can get 7 from 9pts against Leicster, Hull and Ipswich we will still be up there for an Auto spot. Forest are VERY VERY strong side at home and their unbeaten record shows that. I was hoping for a point at the most today. Obviously the players need to learn from their mistakes and need a kick up the backside for the next couple of games. After these 3 games a nice little run of games (bar Millwall). I believe we are still looking good. Keep the faith.

As for Jay and Whitts. Yes, they had a very dissapointing game today. As did Oli in my opinion. But every player has their off-days? Jay just needs a few more games to recover from his injury, adapt to the tempo of the game. I think Whitts need to take a break, he's played most games, and think he's mentally tired. I'm sure that Oli will bounce back aswell! :ayatollah:

Most Importantly, DON'T PANIC AND KEEP THE FAITH!
