ive been watching cardiff for over thirty years and i cant remember a midfielder giving the ball away as much as he does shocking no other word for it

i agree but he's the only midfielder we've got that can win a tackle that gains us possesion

Player we have needed in the middle of the park for years, Tackles well,simple passes and scores goals as well. :ayatollah:

30 years !!!
I have seen some shit in our midfield since the late 80's so that comment about oli being the worst passer of a ball must be a gut reaction and frustration at todays result

He was shyte today though and should have been taken off. I lost count how many times he needlessly gave the ball to the opposition.

I aint an olofinjana fan

he started off well then during the winter months he was awful then started to come back to form

but its the amount of challenging in the middle of the park that worries me

for a big lad he dosnt do any :? :?

He is so slow when he gets the ball, and he doesn't actually win many tackles. But we do need his presence in the middle somehow he has become key...

he cant tackle :? ive never seen him jump for challenge with his head :?

yet hes looked excellent with an assured player like ramsey next to him!!
with burke made to go forward and whitts looking to create,oli has been given to much to do sometimes,look after the defence, mark the opposition playmakers and also go forward ,its hard for one player to do all this by himself

i know i agree, it confuses me i don't know what he actually brings but i know we haven't got a replacement for him
