After the crazy sentences given to some of our supporters,some of whom are first offenders and all of whom are decent family people I read this and just thought to myself, what sort of justice system do we have and who would you rather have living next door to you ?????????
with children of my own its enough to make you sick.

George Lee Lindo, A PAEDOPHILE who used Kilburn library to view child pornography has been handed a two-year supervision order.
Convicted paedophile Donald Main broke into a house while a 12 year old boy was home alone in Moray, breaching a sexual offences prevention order banning him from making contact with any child under the age of 17 - sentenced to 27 months!
Michael Brook, a paedophile in Wakefield who downloaded hundreds of images of children and used his phone to take pornographic images of a young girl sentenced to a three-year community order.
Former police constable Jordan Janssen sentenced to 12 months in prison for distributing indecent images of children and 4 months for making 183 indecent films and images of children.

I wonder if the reason for keeping some Paedophiles out of prison is simply down to cost. It must be much harder (and therefore more expensive) to keep this scum under constant guard for the own protection in prison, so the courts take 'cheaper' options and impose supervision orders and other assorted nonsense instead. If in the meantime a child becomes a victim then basically hard luck.

On the flip side I think the recent jail sentences handed out to Chelsea/City fans was a perversion of the justice system to the benefit of the Police. IMO a violent disorder situation was contrived so that arrests could be made and sentences imposed which were designed to send out a message to ALL football supporters, hooligans or not.

That is clearly an abuse (even a criminal perversion) of the Justice system but we haven’t got a hope in hell of making anyone in authority understand that and even if they did they wouldn’t lift a finger to change anything.
