ANYONE WORK FOR ADMIRAL?

My daughter has had a telephone interview and has now got an assessment day tomorrow, does anyone know how long the assessment day is and what it entails, any help would be appreciated.

if it wasnt late, i would ring my mate he has just been accepted at admiral in langstone, but hes romantically cwtched up with his hot mrs
if she gets through tomorrow, she then gets put on a 4 week training programme (fullly paid) where she will need to sit weekly exams. these are easy its open book.
as for tomorrow, i will let you know in the morning if no one else helps before, and its not to late

They have a group interview, like a discussion where you may be asked to give a presentation on selected topic you discuss within a group,
a one to one interview
and i'm not sure but it may still be a numeracy and English test, pretty basic.

they are always keen on someone who is confident and quite vocal within the group assesment.
so If I was you i'd just let her know try and take control within the group if they are asked to give the presentation
try and be one of the people who stands up to speak from her group

I had an assessment day and so on thier a few weeks back.

1st thing they will do is an ice breaker, she will baically have to stand up and tell the whole room (prob about 20 people)
some things about someone else in a small group she will be placed in.
Tell her to make sure she stands up and speaks clearly.

Then they will do group based tasks, doesnt matter if her group messes up or gets it done perfect just make she she is vocal in the group, and any decisions she makes she backs up with reasons, if shes quiet then she wont get through, if shes 1 of the talkatve in the group she will be fine.

They also do a small test on what they learn about the company through the day, so tell her to make sure she writes down any information they are given when they are getting told about the company.

She does all that and she will be fine mate

Hope she gets better luck than i did, even tho i have masses of experiance in call centre work they turned me down because people that were interviewed same time as me had stupidly high qualifications (a few even had masters degrees) so i hope she has a lot better luck than i did
