A primary teacher starts a new job in West Glamorgan, and trying to make a good impression on her first day explains to the class she is a Swansea fan. She asks her students to raise their arms if they too are Jack fans, they all raise their arms except one little girl.
The teacher looks at the girl with surprise and asks 'Mary why didn't you raise your hand?'
Because I am not a Swans fan miss, replies Mary. The teacher in shock asks 'So who do you support then Mary?
'I'm a Cardiff fan and proud of it' replies Mary.
The teacher cannot believe her ears. 'Mary, why, pray tell, why you are a bluebird?'
'Because my mum and dad are from Cardiff, and they support Cardiff, so I support Cardiff too'
'Well' said the teacher in an annoyed voice, 'that is no reason to support Cardiff, you don't have to be like your parents all the time.I mean to say, what if your mum was a prostitute and your dad was a smack head and a car thief. What would you be then?'
'Then' Mary smiled, 'Id be a Swansea fan'
