MARK HUDSON - HAS HE PROVED HIMSELF ?

Sun Feb 06, 2011 3:31 pm

There will be many posts regarding Mark Hudson today, But I'm gonna make this the one sticky for those who appreciate the Rise of Mark Hudson over the recent few months!

Today Mark was immense. My man of the match by a long shot, and probably others as well. He stood strong, Focused, his distribution has also improved. It seems he can play well alongside any one at the moment and still look at the top of his game.

We have all slagged him off in the past, but now maybe he is starting to look the million pound player he was ?

Well done Mark Hudson. :ayatollah:

He was a man mountain out there today and now has an able partner in Keinan. Naylor should not even be considered to get back in the team. McNaughton and Blake both played well in the left back role today and quinn was a steady eddie at right back. defence was pretty robust today :ayatollah:

Yes i admit he has had criticism from me but he has improved a million per cent. Do i regret posting negative comments about him ? NO but fair play he has been awsome of late and i have to acknowledge that and i do. Well done Hudson please keep it up we need you and fair play if you prove me wrong till the end of the season and given the chance i will shake your hand and bow down to you and buy you a pint. Today you were defo in contention foe MOM :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I'll admit when I'm wrong, but Hudson really is fast becoming one of my favourite players. Started a bit slow, in more ways than one, and in hindsight was probably scapegoated more than he deserved. But he's showed a lot of balls to get over the stick he's been given and put in some awesome performances and is getting the recognition he deserves. Hopefully Keinan is gonna bring the best out of him now as well, who I also think did well for his first game too.

I wouldn't say any of us need to say we were wrong because when we said he was shit, he was shit. However, fair play he has turned his game around and was an absolute legend today. He's been playing well since pretty much the start of the season and looking back maybe he needed that season to get over his relegation with Charlton. He's won many fans over now and I hope he carries on his resurgence. I thought Keinan kept his composure as well for the majority to make Hudson's job easier as well but Hudson led by example.

I don't understand all the abuse this lad takes from your own supporters. He was outstanding today. As were all the defenders on the pitch really. Admittedly I don't see you every week but whenever I've seen Cardiff play when you concede it's often as a result of the midfield leaving your defence overly exposed, which in all fairness to them they didn't do today.

MoM for sure. I thought they all did well. Did Heaton have a save to make? I don't think so. Now to get Naylor back in the side................................. :o I'll get my coat

Re: MARK HUDSON - HAS HE PROVED HIMSELF ?

Furthermore.

I think Darcy proved he does have the attitude and skill to play at
left back. He deserves a chance after his performance today. With
Keinan and hudson, and Super Kev at right back I think we suddenly
have a solid defence. Oli was poor in the first half but stepped up
to the plate second half. My only concern really is Ramsey... cos he
wont be here longer than a month. Whittingham is just too lightweight
in there, we will need a replacement for Rambo. But we were far
better than Swansea second half today and lets be honest... they are
a f*cking good side!!

Has proved all us doubters wrong. I had written him off completely after last years play off final disaster (along with Marshall). Hudson was tremendous today and in all fairness has been good all season. Just needs the right players alongside him. Thought Keinan looked decent too.
