This is scandalous-what a waste of tax payers money. If rugby cannot support itself let it die.

Well we all know how biased the Welsh media are towards rugby, but this is ridiculous the WAG too, what disgusted me a while back was they refused to donate a single penny towards the Fred Keenor statue appeal and yet they have the funds for this. DISGRACE , F-----G DISGRACE.
