Yes I got one, sending off the challenge this morning. Did you know 50% of tickets which are challenged are eventually cancelled?

It was not the Police, it was euro parks!! The people who patrol car parks in ASDA, Tesco etc, on the tickets it reads Capitol Shopping Centre!! So I can't understand why they would be walking down Hadfield Road booking people. I for one will be sending a letter saying Thank You but I will not be paying!

Any ticket from a private company is known as an Invoice - not a fine/penalty but an invoice!!

I know a few people who have had these euro parks ticket and basically done the same in terms of sending a letter saying they would not be paying!!

If it was the local authority or police then it would be a different story

I believe they have no right to book you unless you are situated on their land. Even then it can still be contended with a decent argument. They have probably done it because the majority will just think 'ah shit' and pay up. Even if only 10% pay up, that's a fair bob in their pocket.

Ive had lots of tickets from diffrent companys and ignored them all, tell them to get fucked

The Watford game was the same on Hadfield rd about 70 cars had tickets.
