can someone inform me why chopra wouldnt be eligible to play for wales soon under the residential shite that good old blatter brought in ?

It doesn't count for the home nations.

The only way he could have played for Wales was if he was born in India and then eligible for a British passport. He could then choose any of the home nations.

A few Commonwealth players have done it in the past.
