Transfer window closeing early

Does anybody know why the window is shuting at 11 instead of 12 tomoro? Its always been midnight all the other times i can remember so why 11 on this one, alot more transfer activity could have happened in that exta hour!

It's ok, they'll do it all in the hour before!

Its so the paperwork can get done on the monday when it closes and not spill into tuesday.....prompting delays in registrations and suchlike

transfer windows closed at 5pm before im sure it did, and in Scotland they continued till 11pm
