Laptop Help

Trying to log on to my lads lap top but every time I switch it on it just keep's running the microsoft corporation across the screen

I have switched off and then try safe mode start up and repair start up but it still keeps doing it

Any suggestions ?

I think it would be some problem related to Operating Systems support file. If any of the supporting file would be corrupted than this problem may accrue. To solve this problem you have to reinstall the Operating System or might need to format that partition which has old OS installed. This the only way to solve your problem.

Must be a very slow laptop. Hard drive could be a possibility.

I would like to say that with the help of laptop one can do many things.One shouldn't have to wait for the appropriate person but for this one must know to use the laptop.I hope you understood the thing & also agree to it.Thanks for sharing such important thing with me.

Virus. Put in the repair disk and restore it.

It's probably just done some updates and wants to finalise. Patience butt!!
