Apparently they wanted to extend the original deal but Arsenal said they needed him back cos of an injury to Diaby leaving them with three good CM's and Denilson. I can only assume Diaby recovered quicker than they thought, and Cardiff just got on it quicker than Forest.

I can't believe he can't get in the side ahead of Denilson who is utter pants. Still, thanks Arsene, I'm not complaining.
