Jason Koumas should shadow Craig Bellamy....

I have been thinking about JK and is concerned....
his abillity is without a doubt as good as anyone on the team. its all in his head. he has no will, no desire, no drive and no heart !!! Jonesy normally can get the best out of players but this time i feel he is truely stumped.
i mean why not just get him to shadow bellamy for a few weeks. The commitment bellamy no doubt puts on and off the pitch is inspirational to anyone. extra hours on the training pitch, bigger pushes in the gym and we all know his effort and desire on the pitch can not be matched.
i would get JK buddying him, rooming with him on away games, spending the extra hours with him, staying on after training. HELL !!! if koumas was with him last saturday night im pretty sure bellamy would not of got into the fight with koumas by his side !!
what do you guys think, see if bellamy can rub off on koumas (not in a dirty way)??
