from what i can gather from DJ's various comments i think he has a budget to work to, and taking in the fact newcastle wanted 2mill up front plus his wages would have been high this would probably have used all his money up, id prefer a few xtra names than just the one.......thats just me reading between the lines though :ayatollah:

Ye suppose ur right mate no doubt he was on a wage way above our wage budget. Think i would rather a couple more faces than jst the 1 :ayatollah:

good luck to them, was in the daily mirror this morning £21,000 a week they are going to pay him ,glad we not getting him plenty of pace but the worst crosser of a ball i've seen in a long time, obviosly not up to the prem or newcastle would of kept him as they need all the help they can get to stay in that league for a few seasons. thers wingers already in the championship better than him already,wot i think we need more other than a left back is a defensive midfielder and a creative midfielder because olly gives ball away too much and falls over , drinkwater always injured, mcphail tries but in and out of games too much and whittingham probably the most annoying player because he can do it but rarely does :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
