Take the screws out of the back of your screen or monitor and climb in. Oh and dont forget to wave

below the (submit) button there are two tags (options and upload attatchment)
click upload attachment you then have a box (filename) click browse to upload file from wherever you have photo saved on your cpu
click add file
then above (submit) you have (place inline) and (delete file) click (place inline) and add any coments you wish and (submit)
