Signings (or lack of)

One thing that I don't get about what people are complaining about.
It looks like we've lost out on a couple of players that are either attackers or wingers.
Now, unless I'm blind, it appears to me that right now we are not doing to badly in that department.
It is our defence that needs to be sorted out. We do not need someone like Routledge on the wing, we need someone like Roger Johnson in the centre of our defence.

yes i am quite happy with our attack, maybe an additional skillful or pacey midfielder would be good!! but priority is defenders!! but if we want a descent player in any position we need to put cash upfront and in most cases the full lot upfront because of the economic climate clubs are cautious and even more cautious due to the fact of our previous history!! i.e motherwell & quinn!!
