- Full squad trained bar Jason Koumas
- Bellamy, Parkin and Bothroyd all trained
- See training every so often and have never seen the City camp so happy, all really sharp and full of laughter. Jay did the complete session, no work on his own so not sure if he will travel tomorow.

only travelling jays doing is up the m6 to newcastle.....
