Personally I Wish it had Not come to this and Some how it has got out of hand. I Disagree with his Comments Regarding Bellamy, But Some how it has got out of hand with many others on here.

Over the years Salad has been Posting some very Constructive posts and I have had many a debate with him on ccmb and here

Cheers Carl and also to Annis too, but my mind is made up due to the reasons documented. It is sad as the likes of you guys and many others, tim/ lawnmower, Tony Williams, tobw, Keith Morgan & steve Davies, croesy and others too I have huge respect for, but alas I have no affection to the majority of our support and that is the critical component to following any club. I wouldn't regard myself ad anywhere near important enough to have a self gratuitous send off, however if it was mentioned by u guys that I have deleted my account, I would appreciate my comments to be added as to why and so that at least some of those I respect know why.

I am disappointed Annis that this has happened, Salad is an excellent poster.

I've always found his posts well put accross, although I do think he should have kept what he knew to himself whilst it as in the hands of the police.

I haven't been on this board for long and respect what most people say. I have read his psots before on 606 and to be hinest nodded off half way through for the majority, but had no feelings either way. However, I came on here today to hear the club that I support and its fans being called cretin city and it made my blood boil - I had kept my council on the Bellamy issue until then. Following the thread we had to read a series of self congratulatory posts where if you disagreed with the posters opinion you were insulted in a most condescending manner. I find it hard to believe that he can support the Bluebirds when he obviously has such disdain for the fans of the club.

Don't think he should have started the thread he did, but then wouldn't let things go and resorted to abusing anybody with an opinion, which differed to his!

If he'd been warned and wouldn't take a telling, then he's got nobody to blame but himself!

We have loyalty to a player who none or very few of us know personally, he has loyalty to friends. Can't fault him for that.

He is an intelligent guy, but like a lot of people with above average IQ's his common sense would sometimes let him down.

As with his initial post he has gone over the top with his self imposed removal.

Firstly he should get a friggin' life, it's not as if he was talking about things that actually matter in the world like poverty, genecide, war, rape, murder or child abuse, I could understand him making a stand on such matters, it was a drunken brawl that Bellamy IS probably guilty of so his 'over-egged' post was a bit dramatic.

Talking of drama, he has now dragged it into his removal from the board, he had no need to go, but when he did, he didn't just delete and go, he had to write a small letter to TELL people he had gone.

Everythng was just too over emotional on his part. he could definately write some drmatic novels if he ever decides to in the future.

It was more of a loyalty to his football club in which he took a preference over our club, ok fair play to him. But he was wrong putting up such a biased statement, like he was running some gospel club and that we had to take his word as the truth. We know what Craig is like but he could have been provoked, he could have felt threatened, he could have felt intimidated, we simply dont know. We do know of Craigs reputation though and we know that mud sticks, he also could have been a easy target. He should have never put himself in that situation in the first place, let the OB deal with it with Salad fuelling the flames for the media, which he clearly was attempting to do IMO.

My prediction of the out come will be someone or a local team getting handsomely compensated, watch this space.

Seriously, don't know him but he always was worth a read, I do think however he got the Bellamy issue totally wrong and let his personal feelings cloud his judgement with his post yesterday, If the guy (Bellamy) is guilty, then the law must enforce suitable punishment.
