1974 Also being 8 years old with my old man on the Bob bank v Scotland Home Internationals huge fight all around It was like a piss up at a Bay City Rollers concert.
Also Plymuff 1994 the 3.1 win game when stant scored before the game in the park!

FA Cup Tottenham 1977 had housebrick on me head from top of grange end by the turnstiles. The spurs fans were demolishing it after we demolished them on the field c/o Peter Sayer

It was before autoglass game with swansea in 1993. It was a filthy night, absolutely lashing it down but 13,000 turned up.

The jacks got off at ninian halt and burst their cordon just as a load of cardiff fans were going past.

It was carnage, like the wild west. People swinging punches and kicks aimlessly and the old bill charging all and sundry on foot and horseback.

I got my heel trodden on by a horse that night.

Sloper rd was like a battlefield.

Spurs FA Cup '77 I was one of the first out of the Grange End straight into Spurs who were waiting and kicking f**k out of anyone outside the Grange End Gates absolute carnage bottles and bricks flying everywhere even a large oil drum was thrown by the Spurs mob managed to squeeze behind the large Blue Gates that used to be at the Grange End entrance and stayed there until it calmed down a bit.

It was probably the worst violence i have ever seen down the City and both mobs ruled that day with the Police almost powerless to stop it OH the good old days

I have seen people walking out of Ninian Park in their pants after being stripped of all their clothes and boots for that matter, fecking horrible sight to see, but's that's how it was.

I went to both, thought Tottenham was evil that year, they were well up for it. Fantastic atmosphere for that Everton game mind.

Not so much in the city, but last season home to reading i think? i was catching my train (delayed) from central back upto the neath valley, always go to stand in the buffet carriage to have a very expensive beer.
When i got on, City scarf, badges on my jacket, i was horrified to find the carrage rocking with returning Jerk fans from Bristol city.
I couldnt back out, so pushed my way to the bar, and tried to be invisable, not for long i was sussed..

The abuse started, i even heard crys of (put him out the window, put him out the window)

one badge saved me i rekon, i was wearing with pride my veterans badge, i served 23 yrs in Royal reg of wales, only 45 mind.
But one of the jaerks was a serving soldier.....

Anyway got of at Neath, and as the train pulled away to Swansea, i gave the mob the Cardiff salute, then legged it...

I Lived in London Late 80's I was on a train on my tod with my Nigel cabourn White Parka etc and a small city badge pulls into Fulham Broadway the whole train fills up with Millwall coming back from chelsea .It took all of 2 secs for these lads to start the questions etc luckily a copper got on ! Lets say I had a uncomfortable Journey to Paddington !!

Same game and the only time i ever felt intimidated, the Chelsea mob were let out with a few minutes to go and they were approaching the Bob Bank with bricks and mortar from the delapitated Canton Stand when they scored and returned to their position on the old Grandstand lower. If they hadn't have scored there would have been carnage

worst one for me was wales v scotland not sure the year it was the game jock stein died i was in the lower grandstand canton end with a few mates i think we were the only welsh ones in there it seemed like that anyway.mark hughes scored to put us one up and on our way to qualifying for world cup the jocks were really nasty bastards until they equilised that was one game i was glad to get out of
