transfers=season tickets

im sure i read on this forum that next years season tickets will be going on sale in febuary,under what provisions (payment plans)we are not yet sure.... we were told that the club wanted to show there hand in the transfer market and show there ambition to us the fans before we were asked to part with our hard earned cash... i know theres still a while to go in the window before the panic button is pressed, but from what we are hearing regarding money up front and the reputation the club has on paying its transfers.... will the club show its ambition enough to warrent new ticket sales in febuary...
