Hi Guys, this is my 'debut' on here, so go easy on me!

Did anybody else notice that while City were playing up at Stoke, Jay Bothroyd was busy 'tweeting' about how much he was enjoying the film Jerry Maguire!? I know he's injured and can't play. But if he's not travelling with the team(which I think he should) then surely he could pay a bit of interest on radio? or online?

I agree to be honest. Other players i follow on twitter Rio and wiltshire if they are not playing there is a keen interest there.

Jay did tweet about the game the day before though. He isn't a fan of the club like us and never will be we just need to accept he's using us as a stepin stone for the prem. But doing a great job whilst here.

Just thought a bit of common sense would've been a decent shout? I.e. don't make it obvious to fans that he's not really that bothered? Ultimately though, I won't care what he's doing when he's not playing if he scores 15-20 goals in the rest of the season and takes us to the promised land

Just offering another side to the argument.
Feels like people are questioning Jay's commitment unjustly IMO.

When we were on route to Watford he tweeted about his afternoon of playing xbox or playstation, same old Jay, doesn't give a f**k, just a job to him I guess, if I was manager my squad would be watching the football playing or not.
