Would Dave Jones be happy if Sam took Director of Football

Sam says wants to come back maybe as director of football - How will Jones react to this as he has total control at the moment - Did they work together when Sam was here ???

One thing lacking at the club is someone with football knowlege at board level, sam would certinaly bring that to the table, just don,t have sam, a cheque book and a pen in the same place at the same time!!!

Does not a director of football deal with transfers? therefore how can SH come back in that role without being involved in the financial side of it!

Totally agree with you under normal circumstances but our position is dependant on clearing our dept, that would be the only reason that the malaysians would consider using sam!!!!

The malaysians would tell him before hand our maximum price and they would have to sign off any deal afterwards meaning they are double checking his dealings!!!

This would cause more trouble than you could ever imagine. Sam can't help but interfere just look at before sitting in the dug out, telling the manager to sign so and so etc...

I am far from Jonesys biggest fan but this would really cause more tension than we need at this delicate time in the season.
