i think the problem is that we have the canton and blocks 116 117 118 who like a sing but there seperated by a considerable distance and the have the boring fans in like 113 114 115 who just sit there! all the singers need to be in one place to get it roking!

Last night was only my second game at the stadium. Firstly, the atmosphere was a 100% improvement on the 1st game I was at, v Swansea earlier this season.
You right in what you say about the 2 or 3 diferent singing sections - getting them together would make a great difference. As a 'new supporter' I noticed that it was the same songs getting sung over and over again! There needs to be bit of work done on the songs!
At Clydebank, we must have 30 - 40 different songs that we sing regularly, so you rarely get the same song sung more than twice a week!!! One of my favourite songs we sing could be adapted and sung by the Bluebird!
It goes like this:
If I had the wings of a sparrow,
And i had the arse of a crow,
I'd fly over Elland Road tomorrow,
And sh*te on the ba*tards below below,
Sh*te on, sh*te on, sh*te on the bastards below below!
Come on, there must be good football songs out there to introduce to the games!

Used to sing that song in the early seventies, but with slightly different words (as above).

I've noticed we don't sing "do the ayatollah" or sing players names much anymore.

Hopefully Annis can manage to get a block or an area to renew season tickets in otherwise Im afraid lads the lost sings are gone forever. The fans are now dispersed and the only songs the club sings now are barmy army, cardiff city fc, I'll be there, naha naha cardiff city hey hey , and thats about our limitation. Songs like one man went to mow a meadow are long gone, chants to the keepers and managers of the opposition long gone, the little ditties long gone. Because the fans that used to belt those out i.e Grange are now sprinkled amongst 27,000 seats, The new fans havent a clue what they are and if you try you will be faced with rows and rows of bemused people. Ironically despite the fact were doing the best in decades and 2nd a few lads I know have stopped going due to the above reasons its kinda souless and limited chanting. The spontanety and improvished chanting has collapsed and that sadly is the reality . Unless.......Somehow we can manage to get us back in one area !!! me must keep the faith and try our utmost to keep the noise levels up up up
