The reason why the Board haven't settled with Sam

Some good work and information posted by Since 62 over on CCMB. Seems that the non settlement of the 10 million doesn't revert to 24. Since 62 explains it better as do other posters. The only way it can revert to 24 million is if sam takes it through a costly court case, which he won't so thats not an option. Seems to me the Malysians know exactly what they are doing and where they stand with Regards to the Debt owed to Sam.

Whats to say that Carls not wrong? No disrespect to carl because i have alot of respect for him bringing gossip and info to the people who mean the most (the fans) but what if since 62 is right>???

if Langston think they are due £24 million why havn't they issued a writ?They were quick enough in doing so last time.

i just cant see that any court in the land would back sam ,theres been so many agreements it would be hard to prove which one is valid.sams had 1 million this year in monthly payments cofirmed by carl to me on here last week hes having money from the 10 million agreement but hes saying its not valid so why take the cash?

Well I know Keith is an accountant and he's put this together with an accountant specialising in this area. The information they have used is in the Public domain, I can't see how it can be incorrect and the Malysians are not stupid enough to miss anything and explains why they haven't settled with Sam at this point. Sam's only arguement is that the latest agreement was never signed thus not binding. Problem is it;s been audited in the may 2009 accounts. so the accountants are sure it was signed. I'm pretty sure the Malysians are very confident it was signed off and is binding. Again the only way Sam can question this is through the courts, which isn't going to happen.

Because Carl, Gwyn and Myself have Seen ALL THE NEW PAPER WORK Regarding loan notes etc etc

so what you saying annis? The saga could nearly be behind us? Id take that over new signings to be honest

It comes as no shock if its true. We knew the Malaysians were never going to let
a 10m debt turn into a 24m debt and leave themselves liable. My PERSONAL opinion
is that whatever VTs agenda is will be backed up by some of the worlds best financial
brains and legal teams. Sam may well be left wringing his hands when his own legal
team tell him he's going to have to bite the bullet.

At the end of the day we have to back VT on this, because its Cardiff Citys debt he
is dealing with.

Pug, Keith Admitted to Carl and Myself he is still going by the old Accounts and Has Seen None of the New paper work.

The good news surely though is we now know the missed payments could never return to us owing 24million. If the Malysians have done a deal with Sam all well and good.

There is no other information one could use to our next accounts are audited and published there no way anyone could have accsess to theses as by defintion I assume the club hasn't carried out the audit. If they have come to a settlement with Sam, thats great but we know it won't be anywhere near 24 million.

New docs ect were Signed by the Riddler and Langston and Keith has Not seen them, Keith goes by previous accounts
