"the players won for DJ"

it is crazy how we can go from playing so bad to so well in a matter of days with almost the exactly the same squad.

the only difference in the performance was not the formation or the starting xi or anything like that, it was simply the players were working hard.

And i think it is clear that the players went up a gear purely for Dave Jones, i think although it may be true there has been some un-rest in the dressing room, not one of those players will want DJ out. half our squad i believe are only playing for cardiff because of the man himself.

craig bellamy- was having chats with dj in his house about a potential move long before it happend.
oli- came to cardiff because of his rerlationship with DJ
koumas- came to cardiff because he played his best football under him at cardiff.
chopra- 3rd spell at cardiff would he have come back to cardiff from sunderland without DJ?
jay bothroyd- only player to ever play to his ful potential under DJ, the only manager to do this ( and jay bothroyd has been under many managers)

the other day bothroyd said on twitter - "why do poeple want dave jones sacked, it is us the players who are nto playing well"

i believe the players had a word around the training ground between themselves and really pulled out the stops for DJ.

well long may it continue, as it was getting out of hand real fast..
