Problem is we are stuck with Jones now Annis - too late to change in my view. It's his to feck up really. He has been given everything he asked for and if he gets his transfer pot then there can be no more excuses.

id be happy to be proved wrong,hes here till the end of the season,the club now has to give him what he wants and we have to give the players 100%.

I am far from a DJ hater and in fact have said on many occasion he should be given to the end of the season however 8 points from 30 is relegation form and you have to ask questions about the Manager. My question is why can we have such a poor run and play as badly as we did at Watford and Bristol but then turn in a performance like that tonight

We now have to build on this result and show the same work rate and desire that we showed tonight in every game between now and the end of the season

Hey, this is not the time or the place to start garbage like that....

I knock the cynics as much as anyone BUT I like to think I am fair minded too....

We have just won a tremendous game with guile and commitment....and to be fair, I didn't personally hear ONE negative shout towards the dugout during the whole game, which means EVERYONE there got behind the team on the night....

Well done EVERYONE....THAT is what we want on MATCH DAY!!

im on the fence with jones yes he needs to go and 1 match(albeit a good one) does not change the fact he has got it wrong a lot of the time he had it right tonight and the defence seems to have sorted there act out for now hopefully but if we lose our next leauge game itll be jones out againin...

Jones is a terrible manager, but he is also a lucky one and again his luck has come to his rescue.

That is an absolute stupid thing to say. Never at any point can I remember anyone ever getting on the backs of Jones or players during a football match.

Afterwards we will all have our say on message boards, pubs or in work, but NEVER have we underminded the team during a game.

We still want Jones out and we need to keep the pressure on him, funny when he is under a bit of pressure we have a bit of balls about us and play reasonably well. It was worrying for me when, during his interview on the radio last night, he was laughing and joking about his son having discussions with Mark Lawrenson about players in the transfer window and then also talking about playing golf! He's happy now and safe - for me it will always be Jones out i'm afraid, he has taken us as far as he can.

I'm still here and yes I hate the man and not even promotion to the Premier League will result in me forgiving him for he lack of respect to our club, our traditions, his opinions on this part of the world or the people who live in it. Believe me there is no hole big enough to keep my opinions on this guy quite.

Last night was a very good team performance but one swallow does not make a summer and on his past record does anyone really believe we will not have another poor run this season.

As I see it we are stuck with him but one day he will get the boot and that day cannot come quickly enough for me, unlike others I actually believe there are dozens of managers who could do his job.

With the squad he has many could do the job better. Simples
