Danny Wilson would be quality, shows so much potential he has to perform somewhere and he wont get a look in at Liverpool at the moment when so much is at stake. Agree about loans though, we can't have any more surely.

Both players are under 23 so we would be allowed to sign them on loan for the remainder of the season. FL rules allow for 4 long term loans for players over 23 and 4 for players under 23. So far we only have Danny Drinkwater in the under 23 category.

However we would still only be able to name 5 loan signings in the match day squad so we really should be looking to sign these on a permanent deal if possible.

Of course we're just a wage packet to them. I would expect them to show 100% committment, as every other player with us should, but if you think that we're anything else than a wage packet to them, you're being terribly naive

You missunderstand me a little. I think players are far more committed to their cubs if they are signed on a permanent basis rather than on short term 3 month contracts. If you were on a 3 month contract at work would your mind be 100% on the job or would you be worrying about where you would be working in 3 months time if at all. Would they really care if we were promoted or not being loanees?

I used to work on a 3 month contract basis as did quite a few of my friends.
The incentive to perform well is twofold.
FIrst you want to perform well so that you can get a contract extension.
Second you want to get a good name in the business so that your agent can sell you more easily.
