I think he should be sacked,but if he's not Then I think he needs to change,start talking to papers again,stop having digs at everyone in press conferences,and start getting fans on his side.at end of home game,come on pitch and clap fans,away games,him and all players go across and clap fans,and admit that sometimes he as picked wrong team,or tactics,these are simple things he could do to get people on his side

Isan't that the problem with DJ though, he simply can't change. He's just an arrogant, egocentric & autocratic person. It's part of his DNA. If he stays, we will be having the same debate this time next year.

His press conference today should be interesting.
