especially with the performances in the last 2 away games 
I did think that Jones wouldve been sacked by now, he really do need to leave this club, I have had enough of his arrogance and the way he manages during matches.
I dont think he deserves to manage us on tuesday night, I wouldve liked to seen Terry Burton given the caretaker role on tuesday and away to stoke on saturday with then a new manager in place for the norwich game.
Jones needs to go and he needs to go NOW!!
