If Jones gets sacked and he isn't replaced straight away....

Then who will be left to take over the total control of the club? Would it be Terry Burton and if so, would he be comfortable, or even know how to handle some of the extra matters that are required to take full control of our football club? I've always been interested what this added freedom/responsibility involves, what extra duties does Jones currently have on top of just being a manager?

Also, we must consider that if we go for a new manager, he would not just be brought in as a manager, but he must also be willing to take on the same role as Jones, and most may not welcome the extra duties we will be requesting unless we offer bonuses for the extra work involved? Could this potentially deter managers from wanting to manager CCFC, or would most managers find these extra duties giving them total control of our football club an opportunity to relish that's too good to turn down?

Most managers would love the extra duties... The managers in many cases are complaining as they just about pick the team so Jones is a lucky man

Personally I think the extra duties would be an attraction for most managers. However, extra duties bring extra responsibilities and extra pressure, so there's pro's and con's with it in my opinion.
