Come out and say, well I made a mistake today and played the wrong team or formation, instead of, its so and sos fault, while someone else in his good books who has a mare gets no mention. He will never get dressing room together, too many friends and foes in it. If he falls out with a player he holds a grudge, instead of forgetting and moving on, you just cant do that in football, the whole sqaud has to be together, including manager.
