So they should all now know that Dave Jones job is under threat judging by jays twitter so therefore if they really do back the manager i expect nothing but 100% from all players on that pitch on tuesday and quite frankly a win.

To go off onto another subject what i love seeing at the end of a match is a manager shouts to the team to get over to the away end to clap the fans which is exactly what neil warnock did last week
