I have just taken a call to say that the UK directors of CCFC have spoken with each other this morning and that TG is flying over for the game against Leeds on Tuesday and that they will be getting together when TG arrives.

Obviously no decisions will be made either way until the Chairman arrives.

Before the Leeds game they need to back him or sack him! This uncertainty will not help matters! We need some clear and decisive leadership! If the players want DJ to stay they need to play with their hearts on their sleeves on Tuesday, a repeat or recent gutless displays will only show that DJ has taken us as far as he can! I'm not bitter towards him, I respect him for what he has done in his time with us but I do think we are stale and in drastic need of a change!

It didn't happen. No need to be defensive the info just wasn't correct on this occasion. Of course they will get together when VT is over. They always do. It may even lead to DJ being dumped if we lose that day. But by the sounds of it there is/was no emergency meeting for any decisions today or last night. Incorrect info fed to you - no big deal shrug it off.

Maybe a decision has been made and TG is flying over to interview possible candidates during this coming week

To me it said that a meeting was due to take place. Which it rightly should do. And will do. And the meeting will be to decide Jones' fate.

Not duff info, as I said the UK directors have spoken with each other and now a meeting will take place when TG ( Chairman ) is around.

I have not said when the meeting was taking place or when it would, except that it would be happening.

You do realise meetings can take place via the phone, right? All that's happening is no final decision will be made until Tuesday.

I didn't go to Bristol but I heard that DJ and Gethin didn't go into the changing room at Half Time does anyone have anything to clarify that?

Initial meeting yesterday/today - via phone - discuss the situation in overall terms. Agree to have fuller meeting Tuesday face to face.

Bloody hell, Carl can I have a fan club like you who defend your honour at the slightest whiff of criticism. To be fair you seem to take it better than they do mind. I even had a PM from the boss man.
I hardly jumped on him. My oops was a light hearted comment as the info given out appeared wrong to me. Is that against the AAMB law or something. If there's only one set of opinions allowed just let me know and won't bother adding mine in the future.

Then DJ is a gonna. I cant see TG coming over from Malaysia to agree to keep DJ on. He would only do something like this, an emergency trip, if a big change was needed.
