24 HOURS ON....

And I've managed to have a little think about what is BEST for Cardiff City Football Club AT THIS TIME....

I genuinely think that the Board (whether that be VT or the whole group) get BEHIND Dave Jones and go get the targets he has identified to them....

Then they should say, in plain English, that this is it, 24 games to get us up or you die on your own sword....

A change in management NOW would, in my opinion, not necessarily be a good thing....although I suppose that would depend on the quality of the guy coming in, which should CERTAINLY be an acknowledged name and NOT an 'up and comer' like those some have suggested (Poyet, Cotterill, Hughton, etc)

Personally, I think it would be hugely unfair to sack a guy halfway through a season after he has taken us to where we are. A few poor results SHOULD make him WANT it more than ever and he SHOULD be given a chance to finish the job, i.e. to the end of the season....

After that?? Well, only one outcome will see him here NEXT season, although I DOUBT even Premiership status and a few bob to spend in the summer would be ENOUGH for some of you to back off for a while....

Trouble is there's NO pleasing sOME of you, so the next guy will get the same treatment after the honeymoon period is over and we drop a point against a mediocre team like ManUre....

Its unfair we are having to put up with the shite he provides and spouts.

Its unfair we have a left back who is due a bus pass and Jones keeps playing bhim in order that the other teams have a chance of winning.

We have a cart horse donkey centre half who was part of the Charlton all conceding relegation team and stuipidly we paid a million quid for.

We have a centre half who told Jones to shove it up his arse and now is on his way out.

We have another centre half who is pissed all the time.

We have a midfield player on loan who looks like he's eating more than he's training and you think someone on £750k per year, making all those decisions in the club is unfair on him to be sacked?

Oh and this is the best squad city have ever had (apartfrom the defenders).

That's basically a quarter of the season, in terms of matches.

Anyone thinking this is just a simple blip that can easily be turned around by DJ is misguided.
