Mpfailer - needs to leave the club (yes he can pass) we're a much better team without him ( look at the start of the season) He lacks fight, very weak and also can't shoot or win headers. He's been given 3 years playing a key role in centre mid for us and very year we have failed with him. We need a leader in that position and a someone who scores goals.
Olofinjana is effectively our ball winner and we really a driving midfielder who gets box to box, Partley at swansea, Elliott at Bristol City, Howson at Leeds.........list goes on........................ Mcpail shape up or ship out.
Nalyor - slow, old enough said
Whitts - techinally great like mcphail but goes missing and lacks fight. good bench player but lacks pride and often very lazy.

I disagree with 2 of the 3 mentioned. Naylor is the only one I'd get rid of.
McPhail and Whittingham are both far too good to let go. Both can put a foot in, especially McPhail. He's looked a lot more willing to tackle this season than he has before.

McPhail is very underated with a lot of our fans. All the other players like Bellamy, Chopra love playing with him as he retains possession so well and opens up doors. Ok he is weak, but usually the better technical players are. With Oli playing well, there is a good balance.
Whitts is similar to above, but is struggling at the mo. However, he'l hit double figures again more than likely.
Naylor, is absolutely terrible. To think we took a while to sign him and he wasnt sure. He looks to be a lower league 1 player.

Well, he does, just not very often.

I would only play whittingham out of the three, Mcphail yes he can see a pass but what else does he do, Far too weak in the tackle and too slow to play central midfield.
Time to go back to oli in front of back four with drinkwater and whittingham in front bellamy and burke on the flanks.
It worked well at the start so why change system

We will never progress with McPhail in the middle. Once the pace of the game picks up he is simply to slow and it passes him by.
He is also weak and is not the type of player who can dig in and his last goal was March 2008 nearly 3 FECKING YEARS AGO.
I rest my case.
