How about Sousa or Holloway?

Hear me out!

The one thing we're lacking is organisation, especially at the back. Sousa knows how to put a team out that will not concede which is what we need. Also, h'se never had attacking options like we've got at his disposal so maybe he would finally be able to complete the puzzle?

I would love big Sam but in all honesty I think he's out of our league. He's being talked about as the next England manager so why would he want to come here?

Alan Curbs would be interesting but he's been out the game for quite some time now, is he also abit too much like jones?

I'd like to go for Ian Holloway. The man has passion oozing for  all over his body and tells it how it is. Why would he leave Blackpool? We can offer him a very good salary, a great stadium and training facilities, a team on the brink of the Prem who are (on paper) better than Blackpool and we're within an hour and a half of his family home.....

Doesnt matter what we look like on paper does it! Otherwise we'd be top of the league now ?

warnock is doing well at qpr its not him its the club they come together.

cardiff however need to arrange a meeting or something and give the club a boost or something..

Holloway on Jones' wages, he would jump at it, he knows we are a better bet to stay in the premiership than Blackpool are and he would love to come back to Bristol to live, and most importantly, the best manager that could be for the City, put a bit of balls back into the club.

For me it would be Malky Mackay.Watford are playing with a smile & there seems to be a family atmosphere there but why would he want to come here?

The only way we could tempt him (Holloway) is it would be close to his Bristol home. And he is a real family man with his daughters being disabled etc. I have always liked Holloway his passion is amazing and he would fit a treat here. But sadly he will not leave Blackpool he is having the time of his life.
And Sousa ??????? you must be joking the guy is clueless his football is boring and i would prefer Jones the job but for now give Burton the job.
