He will Never Walk, as he just Sees us as a Gravy train and We are to him as no matter how desperate financially We have ever been, Dave Jones STILL TOOK HIS MILLION £ Plus(incl expenses), I AM GLAD A LOT OF FANS ARE NOW SEEING HIM FOR WHAT HE IS AN ARROGANT GREDDY b*stard IN MY OPINION.

I believe Jones will be moved up to a director of football position at the club and a new young manager to take the reignsn just so we don't have to pay him off

So he'll still get to bring the players he wants in! the bad vibes between manager/players/footballing director will still prevail and the club will once again not have the balls to boot him out and make a fresh start!

I hope that the above is NOT what will happen! :?

I'd rather pay Jones 800,000 and shake his hand than bring any more players in this window. Enough is enough now. we are bottom of the league for form! :ayatollah:

I would rather pay him off, MUCH CHEAPER IN THE LONG RUN, We would pay him monthly anyway.

That is not a bad idea, but DJ would need to take a cut in pay.

He could become our 'football man' heading up the scouting system, sorting out contracts, building up relationships with other clubs etc.

You'll be sadly missed....NOT!!!!

Sorry, mate....we ONLY want supporters who will get behind the team ON THE DAY!!!!

That's where I most respect Annis. Has his views but puts the negative ones aside for the game itself....

How it should be!!!!

We should have had him on a contract linked to performance pay. We could have got rid of him now and he would have owed us money.

why should he walk ?
things are not right but dont you think Jones knows that, perhaps, just perhaps he cares more that
you like to believe
its not up to him to walk, not many managers do, actually not many people do in their working life.

dont think you will be at a game for the rest of the season then, as I do believe he will be given til then to turn it around
and will be one less fan to boo him.

If you have respect for your work, you know when your time is up.

DJ won't walk for one simple reason. The money. He walks, he's breaking the contract.

Let's be blunt, he'll never get as good a deal as he's on here. That's why he'll never walk out.

annis- i know u dont like dave jones so i just want your opinion

may sound like a daft question but say he still in a job by tuesday what would u want the outcome of the game to be because if we win then it will obviously give him more time and paper over the cracks and then carry on with this shit run that we r on or.

loose (would be hard to swallow) but would seal his fate and get a new man in that would turn our promotion push back on track.

would be intrested to see your views and anybody elses?? :ayatollah:

i respect my hard earned money, but i support my football club through bad times as well as good.
thats what being a fan is all about.I dont like what is going on, it has to change, Jones knows that. but its up to the board to take the decision to sack him rahter than him resign.

yes its about money, ledley did the same, looked after himself rather than the club that made him what he is/was
