boys, before you all go mad. just remember a few years back when we was in divison 3 and couldnt win a thing. now we've gone and built ourselfs a "on paper" dream squad. but because we have only 8 points out of 30 i understand fans are mad. but we are 5th, still in a play off position, which is something to be proud of not angry. im not saying our fans expections have gone stupid, cause we should be walking this league. but we aint, we are 5th with a game in hand and i believe 3 points from second place .people also are pissed off that jones is on £15k a week. now if thats the case, can you really see sam alladyce coming for that or less when he can get a £20k-£30k a week job in the premiership. also yea, big sam is a good premiership manager, however, it doesnt mean that players like samba or any other big names will be thinking "let me take a pay cut, and go to a club in a lower league, just because sams there" and if VT wont give jones £2m in cash now to go out and get routledge, can you see him doing it for Sam.

and who ever is our new manager "if we have one" is going to play the same defence, because we aint got no-one else to put in there. jones knows they need to strenghten there and thats what hes been trying to do. we still got another 4/5 months of football

He said himself that his squad was best ever, and would be targeting automatic promotion. It hasn't worked out because of his managerial failings - simple really, lose his job. Give him another few weeks and we'll be outside play offs, 9 points off auto promotion. DJ fans will then say 'we're still in the division', let him stay. People need to get over Jones, he doesn't care about the fans or the club, just himself. The teams performances have shown this. Don't be fooled into some kind of loyalty towards him. The only right and fair result now is for him to go.

go back a few months he said this team will take us up.... now hes signing more people..... what??

The only way Jones could pull us our of this mess is...... Clear the whole squad out and bring in 20 new players. He has lost the dressing room and there is no way of getting that back.
